Consumer habits are continually changing, and fast. Naville Détail monitors consumer needs according to the retail environment, the time of day and the type of journey that they make. This daily analysis leads to more and more detailed segmentation and the diversification of the product range: products “for pleasure”, tobacco, lottery, trend products to “complement” press sales, fresh salads and “finger food”.
